About the Role:
As Risk & Opportunity Expert, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization's future. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing risk and opportunity register, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Risk and Opportunity Management:
- Oversee and maintain the global risk and opportunity register.
- Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations of risk and opportunity assessments.
- Drive root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to address and mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Monitor and supervise the global network of risk and opportunity coordinators.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on the risk and opportunity landscape to the Board of Management.
- Represent the organization during internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement and Awareness:
- Promote a strong risk and opportunity culture throughout the organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training on risk and opportunity management processes.
- Support the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) processes to enhance organizational resilience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in risk and opportunity management.
- ISO 31000:2018 certification is preferred.
- Certification in IATF or other relevant management frameworks is advantageous.
- Proficiency in risk management tools such as cplace or similar software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
