Oversea Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • Plan, manage, and direct sales and marketing work in line with the company's strategy to achieve revenue targets and international market share.
  • Investigate market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies appropriately.
  • Expand the customer base of Import - Export, Shipping, Freight Forwarding to generate income for the company.
  • Control operating costs to increase profits.
  • Manage the sales team, provide advice, and inspiration to achieve goals.
  • Lead negotiations to create customer satisfaction and maximize benefits for the company.
  • Coordinate and maintain good relationships with international customers.
  • Network with local and international agencies to promote sales and enhance the company's awareness internationally.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to find information to support work or find solutions.
  • Follow up on work, analyze progress and results, and report to supervisors regularly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain: Understand the transportation process (sea, air, land) and international customs regulations
  • Experience in Import - Export, Shipping, Freight Forwarding: At least 5-7 years in a related position, especially in sales and marketing
  • Understand the market: Have in-depth information about the logistics market, both domestically and internationally, including trends in competitors and business opportunities
  • Marketing strategy: Able to analyze the market and develop strategies to expand the customer base
  • Team management: Able to manage a team, work with various departments and motivate the team to achieve goals
  • Data analysis: Use data and statistics to analyze the efficiency of marketing plans and adjust strategies as appropriate
  • Business presentations and negotiations: Have skills in presenting services to new customers and negotiate prices with shipping providers
  • Networking skills: Build good relationships with customers, partners and allies such as freight forwarders and shipping lines
  • Language skills: Proficient in English (minimum TOEIC score of 550) or other languages ​​to communicate with international customers
  • Use of logistics technology and software: such as transportation management systems (TMS) and shipment tracking software
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing: Use online tools for marketing such as SEO, Social Media, and Email Marketing
  • Leadership: Able to make decisions and solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Flexibility and adaptability: Ready to deal with change and respond to unexpected situations
  • Creative thinking: Seeking new opportunities to add value and create differences for the company's services
