Responsibilities:

Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize CM capacity utilization.
Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers (CMs), suppliers, and internal teams (procurement, engineering, and quality) to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor material planning, inventory levels, and lead times to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Analyze forecast data and customer orders to adjust production schedules accordingly.
Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to align shipments with production schedules.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, delays, and production issues with CMs to maintain on-time delivery performance.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery (OTD), production efficiency, and inventory turnover.
Utilize ERP/MRP systems to generate reports and maintain accurate planning data.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure production output meets customer and regulatory standards.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve planning processes, cost efficiency, and supply chain optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
7 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or a related role within electrical manufacturing.
Experience working with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and managing outsourced production processes.
Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret forecast data, demand planning, and capacity constraints.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate effectively with CMs and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
