Position : Factory Manager
Salary : 150k - 160k
Location : Bo Win Chonburi / Pluak Daeng Rayong

Responsibilities:

Take active roles in providing technical support and feasibility studies for new product launch.
Actively involved in line set up, layout planning and workers' training plan.
Continue improvement on output and efficiency.
Monitor the day-to-day operations of the plant.
Review and improve operational management for all levels in the plant to achieve effectiveness and efficiency.
Ensure a smooth plant operation that complies with internal policies and customer requirements.
Responsible for overseeing assembly and industrial engineering department.
Trouble shooting, problem solving, process improvement, automation, product testing, etc.
Participate in factory renovation and refurbishment.

Requirements:

At least 8 years with factory management experience.
Experience with CNC/Fabrication is a must (Bending, Cutting, Drilling, Lasor, Milling and etc.)
Fast pace, flexible mindset, willing to learn
Be able to work Monday - Saturday
Strong problem solving, influencing skills, communication and people management skills.
Fluent in English
