Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a monthly production schedule aligned with the company's strategy and client requests.
Oversee all production processes related to plastic injection molding, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
Prepare and monitor the production control plan to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Regularly assess machine conditions and manage production power usage.
TAnalyze production issues and implement PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodologies to prevent future problems.
Manage and train subordinates within the production team to enhance performance and skill sets.
Lead and promote 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) activities to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
More than 10 years of experience in Injection Engineering within the automotive industry or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes.
Good English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
