Job Description
- Develop and promote pricing campaigns and initiatives to enhance market competitiveness.
- Drive the sales team to achieve established targets and budgets.
- Provide strategic support and assurance in customer negotiations.
- Establish, implement, and oversee pricing policies, controls, and tools.
- Create and manage customer segmentation strategies to optimize pricing effectiveness.
- Conduct customer profitability analyses and provide support to sales representatives and marketing managers.
- Recommend and facilitate changes in supply methods as required.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to gather and analyze competitor information.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reporting and analysis.
- Set pricing for new customers and contracts to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Manage rollback processes and provide necessary authorizations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to collaborate and interact effectively with international team members across different countries.
