Process Engineer (Extrusion & Lamination) Position:
Job Description:
- To contribute the expert knowledge and long-term skills in the Extrusion in order to meet the specific requirement of the process to achieve the production targets of high efficiency, optimal productivity, accurate quality control, minimal waste and punctual product delivery.
- To organize training for the staff to achieve high efficiency, low waste rate, good quality, and punctual delivery of the product and contribute to the continuous improvement process.
- To provide training, transfer knowledge and support the staff to achieve high efficiency, low waste rate, good quality and punctual delivery of product and contribute to the continuous improvement process.
- To provide and manage staff OTJ training and to ensure that all staff are trained to their maximum potential, capability and job flexibility.
- To manage, support, control and monitor all implementations / activities are in accordance with company continuous improvement, lean management, QMS, EHS regulations, BRC, Company Rules and Regulations, new products.
- Responsible to join, co-operate and follow all implementations/ activities concerning the company rules & regulations, Code of Conduct, Data Privacy, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Acceptable Use Policy, Basic Security Awareness, Advance Security Awareness, Information Protection, Competencies Framework, Social Media Guideline, safety & quality systems, QMS, BRC, Halal, ISO, Food Safety, Environmental Health and Safety.
- Other tasks as assigned by superior.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in engineering, plastics or related fields.
- Experienced at least 5 years in extrusion & lamination for plastics / film packaging manufacturing or related fields.
- Certified Six sigma (at least Green Belt)
- Good in English.
- Able to be independent, and strong leadership.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point).
