Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Engages line/process/department personnel in all phases of improvement efforts.
- Identifies bottlenecks, define and implement action plan to address them or escalates when appropriate.
- Ensure team alignment with company objectives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and growth opportunities to team members.
- Monitor and optimize daily operations, ensuring processes are efficient and align with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovations that enhance productivity.
- Leverage on Lean, SPC, TQM, and Six Sigma in cost reduction initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
- At least 10 years in Automotive Industry with knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools by Lean & Six Sigma concept.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and drive change.
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within specified timelines.
- Understanding of change management principles and experience in guiding teams through process changes.
