Management Trainee

Responsibilities: Translation (Chinese-Thai) for production, technical, quality, and other materials. Oral translation during meetings. Facilitate cross-department communication. Assist plant manager with management tasks. Possible future department transfers.
Requirements: Excellent Chinese-Thai translation and communication skills. Over 3 years of experience in manufacturing. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong English is a plus. Experience in China is preferred.

Process Engineer

Responsibilities: Coordinate new product project communication, design and validate tooling, prepare work instructions, maintain process documents, conduct process analysis, and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications: 3+ years in manufacturing. Knowledge of IATF 16949. Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks. Strong troubleshooting skills.

Procurement Engineer

Responsibilities: Develop procurement plans, manage supplier relationships, control costs, track orders, maintain inventory, resolve issues, collaborate with other departments, and manage data.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field. 3+ years in procurement or supply chain. SAP proficiency. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Fluent in English or Chinese.

Quality Engineer

Responsibilities: Oversee product quality control, conduct inspections, collaborate with production, and assist in optimizing quality procedures.
Qualifications: Proficiency in Thai, Chinese, and English. Bachelor's degree in Quality Control or related field. 3+ years of experience in quality control. Strong communication and attention to detail.
