JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring product specifications and optimal pricing.
- Manage category supplies to maintain availability and cost efficiency for business operations.
- Draft supplier agreements and commercial terms, fostering a cost-saving culture and budget control.
- Oversee project timelines and procurement schedules, ensuring timely support and delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., Halal, HACCP).
- Execute procurement activities to meet departmental quality, cost, and timing requirements, aligning with company policies.
- Maintain a qualified supplier list through supplier and risk management.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Procurement Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, unlimited fields.
- Experience working in procurement for at least 2-3 years
- Able to use computer and MS office programs
- Good communication in English (Speaking, reading, and writing)
- Have negotiation skills
