Producer Director (Entertainment)

Job Summary:
The Producer Director will contribute to the output of a genre by working as part of a production team and taking responsibility for specific content or sections of content.

Working closely with the Executive Producer, Series Producer or Editor the role will direct and edit long form content. You may have team management responsibilities, and you will be required to deliver your project on time and on budget to the highest quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of Thai drama productions.
• Supervise the execution of shooting plans, on-set management, post-production quality control, optimize and adjust shooting processes, and ensure smooth coordination among various production departments.
• Control the filming budget, review specific shooting expenses, manage the production process, and ensure artistic quality.
• Collect and research the latest technologies, resources, and information in the field of film production.
• Provide relevant professional resources.

Job Qualifications:

• Preferred qualifications in film production, directing, theater, or related fields.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in Thai drama or film production, familiarity with the Thai film industry, and keen market insight in the film industry.
• Passion for production work, integrity, proactive work attitude, strong learning ability, and some key creative resources in the film industry.
• Good communication skills, excellent execution ability, and the capacity to handle emergency situations.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Thai; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for building robust partnerships.
