Key Responsibilities



1. Market Insights & Analysis

  • Monitor and evaluate the macroeconomic environment in Australia, focusing on political, economic, social, and technological factors (PEST analysis).
  • Gather and analyze data on Australia's automotive market, including market size, consumer demand, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
  • Develop comprehensive market research reports to support data-driven decisions at the corporate level.


2. Strategic Product Planning

  • Design and implement a 3-year product roadmap tailored to Australia's automotive market needs, aligned with Company's global product strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between market demand, user preferences, and product offerings.


3. Product Certification & Compliance

  • Stay updated on automotive-related laws, regulations, and industry standards in Australia.
  • Develop effective strategies to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end tasks related to product certification processes.

What We're Looking For



Professional Expertise

  • Proven experience in market analysis and product strategy development.
  • Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) is required; experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in product planning within Australia's automotive industry is highly desirable.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Vehicle Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) is a significant plus.
  • Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the automotive manufacturing or marketing sector.
