Product Marketing Manager (Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics)
Job Description:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote home appliances and consumer electronics in alignment with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to position products effectively.
- Manage relationships with distributors, ensuring strong collaboration to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
- Identify and onboard new partners to expand the distribution network and market reach.
- Lead and manage a team of over 20 members, fostering collaboration and ensuring the achievement of individual and team objectives.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to drive team success.
- Oversee retail operations and campaigns, ensuring consistent growth in sales and brand presence.
- Work closely with partners in the retail sector to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute product launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, and other marketing activities to boost sales and customer loyalty.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Provide market insights to support product development and pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience in the retail business, preferably in the consumer electronics sector.
- Proven track record in managing distributors and finding new business partners.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team of 20+ members.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
