Electronic manufacturing (PCB) is hiring 30 positions (Prachinburi)
Responsibilities:
- Design, control, and optimize PCB processes and systems (not PCBA).
- Lead, train, and mentor team members to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with a diverse team, including Taiwanese and Filipino colleagues.
- Communicate effectively in English to coordinate across teams and levels of management.
- Utilize high-tech, fully automated machinery to achieve superior performance standards.
- Operate and monitor high-technology, fully automated machinery to ensure smooth production processes.
- Perform quality checks on products and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Work closely with supervisors and engineers to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in PCB engineering.
- Proven ability to teach and lead others in a technical setting.
- Proficiency in English communication (both spoken and written).
