Oversee Production Operations: Lead and manage production teams, ensuring efficient operations across key manufacturing areas
Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery and optimize the use of resources for maximum efficiency.
Managing and monitoring Production Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics Teams to make sure they run effectively and smoothly.
Demand & Supply Management: Collaborate with commercial teams to analyze demand trends, create supply plans, and oversee Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
Warehouse management Optimize operational resources while executing cost reductions and inventory controls.
Performance Improvement: Monitor and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) to boost productivity and quality across the manufacturing process.
Monitor and control inventory levels, material usage, and production costs to optimize profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality control, procurement, to improve overall production efficiency.
Analyze production data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and customer specifications (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
Manage and execute project (duties) as assigned by GM, & others.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree Major in Electric Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in production management, preferably in the automotive or automotive parts industry.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production systems.
Experience in SMT & PCBA process/manufacturing engineering or electronic/electrical assembly products.
Strong knowledge of Production, Capacity and management especially for SMT and PCBA process
Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills with knowledge of Lean supply chain principles, Six Sigma, and operations processes.
Proficient in Demand Planning, Material Planning, Production Planning:
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for production planning and performance analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customer.
