Production Assistant Manager (Chinese Speaking) - 307

Job Summary:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the production floor in an electronics manufacturing environment. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. Fluency in Chinese is required for effective communication with the team and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the production team to meet targets.
• Ensure product quality and resolve any issues in collaboration with the Quality Control team.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Prepare and submit production reports.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role in electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, and production management software.
• Strong reporting skills and team leadership.
• Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Thai languages.
