Job Description:

Act as the primary contact for customers, handling all production control (PC) and business-related matters.
Develop and manage short-term and long-term production schedules to meet business objectives.
Oversee inventory control, ensuring approval of all component parts for mass production.
Lead weekly production meetings to review progress and address challenges.
Provide support to the Deputy Managing Director (DMD) and Managing Director (MD) on all business and production control tasks.
Manage the FDA approval process for customer-supplied goods to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong command of English (written and spoken)
Proven experience in production control and export processes.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
