Production Engineer - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), focusing on reducing downtime and increasing production output.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to scrap, rework, and product quality to minimize waste and improve process efficiency.
• Work closely with the production team to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Support the production process by providing technical expertise and troubleshooting issues in mechanical systems.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance, highlighting areas for improvement and action plans.
• Communicate effectively in English with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a production engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and production processes.
• Expertise in data analysis and using data to drive process improvements.
• Strong understanding of OEE, scrap, rework, and other key production metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and drive results through continuous improvement.
