Clean Room Production Manager
Working day: Mon - Sat 08:00 - 17:00 (onsite 100%)
Job Description:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of process engineers to optimize production performance and quality
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet output and delivery targets while adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Develop, implement, and improve production processes, focusing on continuous improvement, waste reduction, and cost control
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that products meet required specifications and compliance standards.
- Handle staffing needs, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations for production and process engineering teams.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a production management role.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
