Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan production, coordinate with related departments, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to the production plan.
  • Check the availability of production factors such as personnel, equipment, raw materials, packaging materials, production areas, environmental conditions, and documentation.
  • Oversee the production of pharmaceuticals during the mixing and packaging processes to ensure compliance with GMP and other relevant standards.
  • Inspect the production environment, including the transportation and storage of pharmaceuticals during production.
  • Evaluate and approve the repair requests for tools and machinery used in production processes.
  • Assess and resolve problems arising during production through appropriate methods.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Control/Quality Assurance departments to collect pharmaceutical samples during production.
  • Handle Corrective Actions (CC) and Non-Conformance (NC).
  • Create, revise, review, and cancel relevant documents in the quality system related to production processes.
  • Control and ensure that all production-related records are accurate and complete in accordance with production requirements.
  • Train and evaluate employee performance.
  • Approve the disposal of non-compliant or obsolete products.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to plan and execute tasks successfully.
  • Strong leadership skills to achieve goals.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Systematic problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Experience in production or a degree in Pharmaceutical Technology is a plus.
  • Potential to transfer to the factory located on Bangna-Trad Road, KM.32 in the future.

Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:30, Monday to Saturday (Closed on Sundays and the 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month)
