Job Description:
- Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with sales, inventory, and production teams to forecast demand and optimize resources.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Analyze production data and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing demands and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production planning in manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good command of English communication.
