Responsibilities:
- Develop annual and quarterly objectives, plans, and budgets for the Production Planning department in line with company strategy.
- Oversee Production Planning department operations, including production plan control, material purchasing, and progress monitoring.
- Create departmental work plans, delegate tasks appropriately, and monitor progress and material usage.
- Use data analysis and forecasting to optimize production planning.
- Establish an efficient planning and material control system, covering order receipt to shipment.
- Manage inventory levels effectively and address slow-moving materials.
- Coordinate activities between production, purchasing, planning, warehouse, and quality departments.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply chain, Logistics management or related field.
- 5-10 years in Production planning, production control flow management.
- Skilled in team management.
- Strong reporting skills and team leadership.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Thai languages.
