Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and adherence to the production plan and company objectives.
Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Monitor and optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to achieve production targets.
Supervise production output to meet quality and on-time delivery goals.
Lead and manage the production team to ensure accurate and efficient work execution.
Ensure workplace safety and proper use of equipment and machinery.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce defects.
Manage and develop production team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
Establish and enforce work standards (WI) while providing training and guidance to subordinates.
Oversee employee skill development and ensure competency in job responsibilities.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing production supervisor role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Basic knowledge of ISO, GMP, Halal, and other quality management systems.
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, process improvement, Kaizen, and related methodologies.
