Job Responsibilities:

  • A proficient level of experience in interior design concepts such as space planning, furniture, fixtures, and product research.
  • Good communication skills and be comfortable in interfacing with cross departments, landlord, consultants and vendors.
  • Manage of projects to meet target deadlines and budgets conceptualize, execute and implement creative ideas.
  • Follow approved estimating practices consistent with corporate guidelines. Ensure such practices result in the most complete estimates possible while ensuring the financial objectives are met.
  • Plan & organize the execution works, oversee contractors, suppliers and other resources required for the project.
  • Timely and accurately communicate project performance, issues/concerns and risks through the required reporting mechanism.
  • Provides improvement recommendations to cost estimating procedures to reduce future discrepancies between estimated and actual costs.
  • Identifies cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvement efforts Creative and innovative with a proven ability to craft strong design concepts and prepare efficient layout solutions.
  • Handle general office procedures, such as processing purchase orders, ordering supplies and general office equipment.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or any relevant.
  • 3+ years of experience with commercial interior fit-outs, on very tight time frames with high-end finishes.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Excel, Power Point and PDF Editor.
  • Good in communication skills, able to communicate in English and Thai as to liaise with English speak colleagues in Singapore.
  • Excels under pressure and can maintain a calm demeanor at all times.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong in time management of own project schedule, maintain project correspondence and meet strict deadlines.
  • Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are pre-requisites for this role.
