Job Description

  • Assist in managing agreements for move-in and move-out processes.
  • Inspect and oversee room conditions, coordinate with room repair/renovation technicians.
  • Place orders for products, equipment, and electrical appliances.
  • Coordinate with 100-200 real estate agencies.
  • Proficiency in English is required to assist with agreements, as they are mostly in English due to 90% of clients being foreigners.
  • Minimum a3 years of experience in project management.
  • Must be able to travel to different provinces, as there are rental properties in various provinces, with full company support (infrequent travel).

Qualifications

  • Experienced as an administrative, project coordinator, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • 0 - 2 years working experience in project coordinator fields.
  • Must be able to travel to different provinces, as there are rental properties in various provinces, with full company support (infrequent travel).
