1. Customer Relationship Management
Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers to understand their needs, clarify project scope, and align on delivery expectations.
Key Tasks:
- Establish and maintain communication with clients through regular meetings, emails, calls, and periodic updates to ensure mutual understanding of project goals and progress.
- Proactively address any challenges from the project, after-sales issues, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. End-to-End Project Oversight
Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of project delivery, from order placement and resource planning to execution and final delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and deadlines.
Key Tasks:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including factories and suppliers, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor inventory levels for critical materials, especially items with extended procurement timelines, to mitigate potential delays.
- Track production progress closely with the PMC team, ensuring adherence to schedules and seamless handover of deliverables.
3. Order and Inventory Management
Responsibilities: Ensure optimal resource planning, accurate order forecasting, and efficient inventory turnover to support timely project execution.
Key Tasks:
- Analyze customer requirements and anticipate order schedules to align production and supply chains proactively.
- Confirm order accuracy with clients to minimize waste and avoid inventory surpluses.
- Supervise production schedules, coordinate across departments, and ensure on-time delivery to clients.
4. Financial Oversight
Responsibilities: Oversee project financials, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection while maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Tasks:
- Keep comprehensive financial records for each project transaction.
- Engage with clients to ensure timely collection of payments for completed projects, minimizing outstanding accounts receivable.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration
Responsibilities: Lead the project team, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective delegation to deliver projects successfully.
Key Tasks:
- Allocate tasks among team members effectively, leveraging individual strengths to achieve project objectives.
- Support team members by addressing challenges they encounter, providing guidance, and promoting a collaborative work environment to meet project goals.
6. Client-Centric Project Success
Responsibilities: Maintain a client-focused approach throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring project objectives are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
Key Tasks:
- Set clear project deliverables and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned from inception to completion.
- Conduct project reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement in future projects.
Qualifications for the Role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management, project management, or operations.
- Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., Mandarin or another regional language) is a plus.
