Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to final figures.
- Identify methods to minimize project costs and enhance value for money while maintaining required standards and quality.
- Forecast the costs of various materials needed for the project and select or source construction materials accordingly.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other necessary documentation.
- Procure or negotiate the services of contractors and subcontractors responsible for the construction project.
- Evaluate and measure work completed on site and settle payments with subcontractors
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English or Chinese.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Over 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proficient in CAD and Microsoft applications.
- Possess a Professional Engineer License.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
