Quality Management Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company, including any business accreditations.
• Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business.
• Organize and manage the plant internal audit and the corrective action reporting system.
• Conduct Quality Systems/Process/Product audits and assist in training/guidance to other auditors.
• Host external Quality System audits.
• Provide training on Quality issues and business processes.
• Maintain the Standard Operating Procedure content and coordinate the issuing of these documents.
• QMS Implementation and Maintenance: Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Management System in line with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 etc.). Ensure proper documentation, process control, and compliance across the organization.
• Audit and Compliance: Lead internal audits to assess QMS effectiveness and compliance. Coordinate external audits and manage certification processes. Ensure adherence to regulatory and customer-specific requirements.
• Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to employees on QMS principles, standards, and best practices. Ensure employees understand the requirements of the QMS and how to apply them in their daily activities.
• Documentation Management: Maintain and update QMS documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, quality manuals, and records. Ensure that documents are accessible, properly controlled, and compliant with applicable standards.

Skills & Attributes:

• Knowledge of quality systems.
• Strong Knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Cote Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC and MSA).
• Understanding of ISO14001 and Health and Safety Practices.
• Knowledge of measurement system.
• Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
• PSkills:lanning and prioritizing activities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with internal and external auditing processes.
• Proficient in using QMS software and documentation management systems.
