R&D Manager - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Design Engineers and R&D Engineers in developing prototypes and new models.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, new models, and project specifications received from global teams for local development in Thailand.
• Oversee the design and development of product patterns and ensure alignment with manufacturing standards.
• Coordinate and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams to align on technical requirements and provide regular project updates.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product design and development processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in R&D management, particularly within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in pattern design, product design, and prototype development.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work collaboratively with international teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
