Recruitment Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to final offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the company.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent pools.
  • Assist in creating and updating job descriptions to ensure they are aligned with company needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare and manage job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and analysis to management regarding hiring progress and metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and interview techniques.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media channels for talent sourcing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive in sourcing and hiring top talent.
