Recruitment Specialist (Chinese Speaking)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to final offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent pools.
- Assist in creating and updating job descriptions to ensure they are aligned with company needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and manage job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and analysis to management regarding hiring progress and metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and interview techniques.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media channels for talent sourcing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive in sourcing and hiring top talent.
