The company is a global partner maximizing customers' success by offering comprehensive converting line solutions to run better, faster and smarter and is also a specialist manufacturer of precision tooling with a global presence including eight worldwide manufacturing sites, one of which is located in Thailand.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Wide Web and Narrow Web products through training programs and apply this expertise to effectively sell solutions to both new and existing customers.
- Offer commercial and technical support to customers in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, and the Philippines, both from the Chonburi office and on-site at customer locations.
- Collaborate closely with regional agents and distributors.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet company revenue and profit targets, particularly within the packaging and non-woven industries.
- Sustain and grow existing account business while actively pursuing new opportunities.
- Establish and nurture long-term, productive relationships with both current and potential customers.
- Work in conjunction with Sales Managers, Technical Support, and Customer Support Representatives to deliver exceptional service and provide the right products for customer needs.
- Coordinate with local Technical Support and the global Engineering Team to accurately communicate technical requirements.
- Provide timely reports to the Technical Support Manager SEA on customer visits, sales activities, presentations, and sales data analysis.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
