What You'll Do

1. Regulatory Compliance & Product Registration:

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams from concept to commercialization to ensure products meet regulatory standards right from the start.
  • Oversee product registration and amendments for both local and export markets, ensuring timely licensing.

2. Product Labeling & Claims:

  • Provide scientific evidence and dossiers to substantiate product claims.
  • Review and approve claims for packaging and communication channels, ensuring alignment with regulations.

3. New Factory Setup Support:

  • Lead efforts to register new pet food factories with Thai government authorities, ensuring a smooth transition and timely licensing.

4. Stakeholder & Regulatory Engagement:

  • Facilitate applications and renewals for permits and licenses.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes in the pet food industry and provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members on updated regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animal Science, Animal Feed Production, Agricultural Industry, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in product registration for animal feed or similar industries. Familiarity with AAFCO, FEDIAF, and NRC is an advantage.
  • Knowledge: Expertise in FDA compliance, HACCP, GMP, ISO9001, and food safety standards. Experience working with the Department of Livestock Development (DLD) and handling Health Certificates and Certificates of Free Sale is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in MS Office tools.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels and maintain positive relationships with regulatory authorities.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Personal Traits: Organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player with a good personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
