Responsibility
- Analyze and improve corrective and preventive maintenance effectiveness.
- Provide technical support during machine malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
- Conduct deep Root Cause Analysis to identify long-term solutions.
- Expert knowledge of plant equipment (e.g., machines, tools, SAP, MES).
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in equipment and installations.
- Develop technically sound proposals with the team.
- Contribute to meeting KPIs for maintenance and equipment operation.
- Lead cost-saving and efficiency improvement projects.
- Lead program development and CAPEX projects.
- Conduct quality checks on completed jobs and provide feedback to contractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred Mechanical or Electrical).
- Strong technical expertise across multiple fields (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, automation).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving skills.
- Over 8 year's experience in production equipment, facilities, utilities, planning, scheduling, and/or supervisory roles is advantageous in Food Manufacturing
- Experience in food processing/production and maintenance of production equipment is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge and communication skills in English (Very good level)
