• Adhere to the company's management requirements.
• Develop familiarity with the owner, PAT, and the consulting engineer to ensure effective communication.
• Understand local HSE management laws and regulations in Thailand, promptly identifying and obtaining applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to occupational health, safety, and production, while providing timely training and awareness for employees.
• Organize the creation of the project's emergency plan, facilitate training on the plan, and conduct emergency drills as needed.
• Conduct regular safety production inspections and special inspections of fire protection and safety equipment, participate in monthly major safety inspections, and oversee the correction and implementation of any identified hazards.
• Supervise each team in conducting pre-shift safety briefings and participate in the review and evaluation of these briefings.
• Maintain and dynamically update a roster of personnel involved in special operations.
• Submit required safety production information, including semi-annual and annual reports, to relevant Thai government departments as necessary.
• Assist management in developing occupational health and safety rules, regulations, and operating procedures, and oversee their enforcement.
• Gain an understanding of the Thai HSE management system and establish its framework during the initial project phase.
• Coordinate external safety efforts and maintain effective communication with external entities, including the local police station, transportation department, and surrounding communities
