Responsibles
- Communicate effectively with customers and sub-contractors.
- Prepare and present quotations; negotiate terms with customers.
- Analyze and compare quotations from sub-contractors.
- Manage projects, including construction schedules, purchase and labor costs, and overall profitability.
Qualifications:
- Male, aged 40 years or younger.
- Possession of a personal car and valid driver's license.
- Proficient in English, with a TOEIC score of 500 or higher.
- At least 1 year of experience in a factory or construction site environment.
- Basic engineering knowledge for effective communication with customers and sub-contractors.
- Familiarity with air conditioning installation, piping, and electric control (preferred).
- Ability to understand technical drawings and proficiency in AutoCAD.
