Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth: Seek out and pursue new opportunities with sectors such as real estate developers, hospitality venues, and individuals desiring upscale interiors.
  • Networking & Relationship Building: Utilize existing relationships in the fields of interior design, architecture, and luxury lifestyle to create a solid sales pipeline.
  • Product Expertise: Stay informed on the latest luxury furniture collections and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations and customized solutions to clients.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong partnerships with designers, architects, and key industry figures within the luxury market.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales projections and strategies to meet or surpass revenue goals.
  • Client Management: Deliver exceptional service and maintain attention to detail, fostering loyalty and repeat business from affluent clients and organizations.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: At least 5 years in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within luxury interior design or home furnishings industries.
  • Interior Design Acumen: A solid grasp of interior design concepts with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with designers and architects.
  • Industry Network: Established connections within Thailand's design, architecture, or luxury retail sectors.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Thai and English (oral and written).
  • Client-Focused: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of serving high-end clientele.
  • Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and leading projects from start to finish.
