Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers within the Chinese-speaking market.
- Generate leads and attract potential customers by showcasing property features and benefits.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and effectively presenting our products and services.
- Utilize digital marketing strategies to promote property listings on high-traffic real estate websites and social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate successful deal closures and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (HSK 4 or above)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent digital marketing skills, including proficiency in posting listings and engaging on social media platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and exceed sales targets.
