Sales and Marketing Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies and adjust them based on market trends.
• Identify new sales channels and build brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective marketing execution.
• Conduct market research and prepare reports for executive review.
• Communicate with Japanese clients and facilitate order processes.
• Assist with cost breakdown analysis and other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese (N3 level or above).
• Ability to work overtime and occasionally off-site.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
