Sales & Marketing Manager - Modern Trade

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management and Sales Planning:

    • Manage the marketing team in alignment with the company's policies.

    • Develop sales plans for the team to achieve set targets.

    • Create and implement sales strategies across different channels to ensure optimal performance.

    • Collaborate with the team to communicate monthly promotions across various channels.

    • Prepare annual plans and budget for the department.

  2. Sales Planning for HORECA Channel:

    • Approve special pricing from the JTSM-HORECA system.

    • Review and approve the sales activity plans for the team via Google Sheets.

    • Evaluate the sales team's ability to close deals clearly and effectively.

    • Monitor product presentations with the sales team using Google Sheets.

    • Organize weekly sales team meetings to discuss strategies and improve teamwork.

  3. Sales Planning for Online Channels:

    • Approve budgets for monthly promotional posts.

    • Approve special pricing requests for product promotions.

    • Review and approve requests for adding new products to the website.

    • Approve content for uploading to the website and social media platforms.

    • Approve special pricing from the JTSM-HORECA system for online channels.

  4. Accounts Receivable Monitoring:

    • Ensure the accuracy of commission calculations for the sales team in the marketing department.

    • Assess the credit risk of T1 customers.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely payment.

  5. Branding Management:

    • Receive brand focus policy from the CEO and develop branding strategies accordingly.

    • Conduct market research and analyze market share, including competitor analysis.

    • Define brand positioning in line with the pricing strategy of each brand.

    • Develop strategies to enhance brand image and awareness through social media and the website.

  6. Quality Management System Administration:

    • Review and update PM 1, SD 1, WI 1, and FM documents to align with current operations.

    • Analyze business risks within the department.

    • Analyze process risks within the department.

    • Develop action plans to mitigate business and process risks.

    • Communicate business risks, process risks, and action plans within the department.

    • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, addressing necessary actions for ISO 45001 risks and opportunities.

  7. Other Assigned Duties (if any):

    • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, effective communication, and leadership to successfully manage sales, marketing, and branding across multiple channels while ensuring alignment with company goals and quality standards.
