Responsibilities
Sales hands on duty (70%) / Supervise subordinates (30%)
Finding new clients (30%) / Existing clients and supplier (70%)
Clients / Supplier Relation Management to meet their expectations
Manage: order, workflow, schedule, delivery and so on
Coach and train Sales Staffs, set KPI and evaluate performance
Supervise sales staffs/subordinates, monitor activities, and coach
Support Sales Manager and Japanese Sales GM
Qualifications:
Bachelor or higher in any fields
Sales Experiences 1 - 2 years in Senior Sales
Coil Center or Trading (related Steel Material)
Automotive Parts (related steel / metal are also considerable)
English: Intermediate Level
