Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of regional market strategies, including mid- to long-term market positioning and strategic planning.
  2. Manage daily communication with customers, addressing their needs, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring excellent communication experiences. Foster customer loyalty by understanding and meeting their requirements.
  3. Identify, pursue, track, and analyze sales leads and business opportunities, utilizing CRM tools to manage customer relationships.
  4. Conduct comprehensive analysis of regional markets and customers, and create mid- to long-term sales strategies. Execute sales activities such as responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, managing the sales process, negotiating contracts, and tracking orders.
  5. Ensure the collection of payments and achievement of sales targets.
  6. Gather and report customer insights, conducting detailed and multidimensional analysis to support decision-making processes within the company.
  7. Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance management of the Thai sales team.

Job Requirements:

  1. Cultural Fit: A strong affinity for and appreciation of Chinese culture.
  2. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, or the tire industry.
  3. Language Skills: Proficiency in Thai and English (reading, writing, listening, speaking) is required. Fluency in Chinese is highly preferred.
  4. Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in the rubber or rubber machinery sector, with preference for candidates who have sales experience in rubber machinery equipment.
  5. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and business etiquette skills. Solid understanding of marketing and sales processes, market development, and industry trends. Candidates should demonstrate international thinking, foresight, and decision-making abilities.
  6. Travel Requirement: Willingness to undertake frequent domestic and international travel, including to India and China.

Qualifications:

  1. Background: This position is aligned with the company's international expansion strategy. The establishment of a base in Thailand supports our global clientele, particularly given the favorable travel relations between Thailand and China and the presence of over ten of our clients with factories in Thailand. This base will enhance pre-sales technical support, sales assistance, and post-sales services.
