Job Description:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and address their concerns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing products and services.
- Drive sales from new business opportunities to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Regularly create and review detailed reports containing sales and financial data.
- Negotiate and finalize sales deals, addressing any client complaints effectively.
- Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals and improve outcomes.
- Collect and share customer or prospect feedback with internal teams to enhance product offerings and services.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in masterbatch/ plastic (additives or pigments) industrial for minimum 5 years
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communicate in English
- Have driving license and own car.
