Job Description:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and address their concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing products and services.
  • Drive sales from new business opportunities to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Regularly create and review detailed reports containing sales and financial data.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales deals, addressing any client complaints effectively.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals and improve outcomes.
  • Collect and share customer or prospect feedback with internal teams to enhance product offerings and services.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in masterbatch/ plastic (additives or pigments) industrial for minimum 5 years
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communicate in English
  • Have driving license and own car.
