Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve property sales targets.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Present and showcase property listings to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitive analysis, and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close property sales agreements in alignment with company policies.
- Assist clients throughout the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to contract signing.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in property transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, property laws, and transaction processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- A valid real estate license or certification (if applicable).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
