Sales Manager - Aesthetic Business
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the aesthetic market, including both B2B and B2C sales channels.
- Identify, target, and develop relationships with key customers, such as clinics, hospitals, beauty centers, and distributors.
- Promote and sell aesthetic products, including skincare treatments, devices, and injectables, to prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers to increase product knowledge and brand loyalty.
- Manage and expand a customer base, ensuring strong and long-lasting relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and product offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee and manage the sales team, setting individual and team sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and mentorship.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, reports, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to promote the brand and network with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and ensure the effective launch of new products.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (A background in Aesthetics, Beauty, or Skincare is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in sales management within the aesthetic, beauty, or skincare industry.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the aesthetic sector.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic products and services, including injectables, skincare treatments, lasers, and devices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in coaching and motivating a sales team.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
