Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets in the modern trade sector.
- Manage and expand relationships with key modern trade retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Negotiate and execute trade agreements, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure effective merchandising, stock availability, and brand visibility across modern trade channels.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in modern trade sales, preferably in hardware, construction, or industrial products.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Experience in working with major retailers, supermarkets, and home improvement stores.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales reports and market trends.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
