Job Description:
Set sales targets and plan promotional activities to achieve sales goals. Present the company's products effectively and plan and implement sales promotions, following up on results. Analyze market trends and have a good understanding of retail sales systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Plan, control, and manage sales strategies to achieve targets from both existing and new customers.
- Develop sales channels and present additional company products for sale in these channels.
- Plan and develop effective sales promotions with the marketing team and other relevant teams.
- Drive both new and existing products into the market according to the set plan.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure continuous sales and meet target goals.
Team Development:
- Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring continuous development and effective performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and relevant information to continuously improve and develop plans for efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, 30 years old or above.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales team management.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Ability to travel or work off-site as needed.
