【Position】 Sales Manager

Responsibility / Job Description

Approach new potential clients/companies to propose the collection of scraps of precious metals.
- Main Prospects: Jewelry manufacturing & bullion companies.
- Secondary Prospects: Electronics & semiconductor companies.
Manage the sales team's budget, targets, and profit and loss (P/L).
Coach and mentor sales staff, overseeing sales activities and performance.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales within the jewelry or related industries (priority given to candidates with relevant experience).
- Additional Considerations:
  - Suppliers for jewelry manufacturing (chemical, materials, machinery).
  - Trading companies dealing in precious metals (e.g., Gold, Silver, Platinum).
  - Refiners/Smelters
  - Recycle companies.
  - Security companies specializing in the jewelry business
Language: Intermediate proficiency in English.
Additional Language: Japanese is a plus.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
