Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share in the traditional trade segment.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with traditional trade partners, including hardware stores, distributors, and independent retailers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training, and promotional activities to drive product adoption.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, trade shows, and in-store promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, and product teams) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in power tools, hardware, or related industries, with a focus on traditional trade.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the power tools market, including distributor and retail networks.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
