Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lighting virtual designs company. As a leading provider of lighting designs, equipment, and solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, including concert organizers, event planners, exhibition organizers, and MICE companies.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong understanding of lighting design, equipment, and solutions.
  • Understanding of the events, concert, and MICE life cycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • On-site working required Monday to Friday.
