We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lighting virtual designs company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, including concert organizers, event planners, exhibition organizers, and MICE companies.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of lighting design, equipment, and solutions.
- Understanding of the events, concert, and MICE life cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- On-site working required Monday to Friday.
