Responsibilities :

  • Promote and introduce company offerings to existing customers and potential new clients
  • Create strategic plans and timelines to reach sales goals and engage target markets
  • Pursue sales opportunities generated from promotions, campaigns, and fieldwork
  • Seek out new business prospects and oversee designated client accounts
  • Design tailored business proposals, pitches, and contracts to meet client expectations
  • Keep current with all product lines, features, and promotional materials
  • Foster strong, ongoing connections with clients to support repeat business
  • Handle documentation and facilitate contract setup and service continuity
  • Monitor service performance and ensure clients receive exceptional support
  • Address customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction
  • Compile and deliver reports covering activities, progress, and goal tracking
  • Share industry insights, customer feedback, and competitor actions with the internal team
  • Work closely with various departments to complete and finalize sales transactions
  • Execute limited-time campaigns to manage inventory effectively
  • Track receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and coordinate with the finance team
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and promotional functions
  • Manage order logistics, including coordinating product shipments and deliveries
  • Guide and support new hires by sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Process warranty claims and customer complaints for tire products and prepare related documentation


Qualification :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in tire or automotive-related sales is a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to travel to upcountry areas regularly
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Have a valid driver's license and own vehicle (preferred)
